諸比庫,何謂苦集聖諦?此愛是再有,與喜、貪俱,於處處而喜樂,這就是:欲愛、有愛、無有愛。

然而,諸比庫,此愛於何處生起而生起,於何處止住而止住呢?凡世間有喜色、悅色者,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。

  甚麼是世間喜色、悅色呢?眼於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。耳於世間……鼻於世間……舌於世間……身於世間……意於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。

色於世間……聲於世間……香於世間……味於世間……觸於世間……法於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。

眼識於世間……耳識於世間……鼻識於世間……舌識於世間……身識於世間……意識於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。

眼觸於世間……耳觸於世間……鼻觸於世間……舌觸於世間……身觸於世間……意觸於世 

間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。

眼觸生受於世間……耳觸生受於世間……鼻觸生受於世間……舌觸生受於世間……身觸生受於世間……意觸生受於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。

色想於世間……聲想於世間……香想於世間……味想於世間……觸想於世間……法想於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。

  色思於世間……聲思於世間……香思於世間……味思於世間……觸思於世間……法思於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。

  色愛於世間……聲愛於世間……香愛於世間……味愛於世間……觸愛於世間……法愛於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。 

  色尋於世間……聲尋於世間……香尋於世間……味尋於世間……觸尋於世間……法尋於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。色伺於世間……聲伺於世間……香伺於世間……味伺於世間……觸伺於世間……法伺於世間是喜色、悅色,其愛即於此處生起而生起,於此處止住而止住。

 

諸比庫,這稱為苦集聖諦。

“Cakkhusamphassajā vedanā loke ... sotasamphassajā vedanā loke ... ghānasamphassajā vedanā loke ... jivhāsamphassajā vedanā loke ... kāyasamphassajā vedanā loke ... manosamphassajā vedanā loke piyarūpaüsātarūpaü, etthesā taõhā uppajjamānā uppajjati, ettha nivisamānā nivisati.

 

“Rūpasaññā loke ... saddasaññā loke ... gandhasaññā loke ... rasasaññā loke ... phoññhabbasaññā loke ... dhammasaññā loke piyarūpaü sātarūpaü, etthesā taõhāuppajjamānā uppajjati, ettha nivisamānā nivisati.

 

“Rūpasañcetanā loke ... saddasañcetanā loke ... gandhasañcetanā loke ... rasasañcetanā loke ... phoññhabbasañcetanā loke ... dhammasañcetanā loke piyarūpaü sātarūpaü, etthesā taõhā uppajjamānā uppajjati, ettha nivisamānā nivisati.

 

“Rūpataõhā loke ... saddataõhā loke ... gandhataõhā loke ... rasataõhā loke ... phoññhabbataõhā loke ... dhammataõhā loke piyarūpaü sātarūpaü, etthesā taõhāuppajjamānā uppajjati, ettha nivisamānā nivisati.

 

“Rūpavitakko loke ... saddavitakko loke ... gandhavitakko loke ... rasavitakko loke ... 

 

phoññhabbavitakko loke ... dhammavitakko loke piyarūpaü sātarūpaü, etthesā taõhāuppajjamānā uppajjati, ettha nivisamānā nivisati.

“Rūpavicāro loke ... saddavicāro loke ... gandha- vicāro loke ... rasavicāro loke ... phoññhabbavicāro loke ... dhammavicāro loke piyarūpaü sātarūpaü, etthesā taõhāuppajjamānā uppajjati, ettha nivisamānā nivisati. Idaü vuccati, bhikkhave, dukkhasamudayaü ariyasaccaü. 

 

Nirodhasaccaniddeso

 

“Katamañca bhikkhave, dukkhanirodhaü ariyasaccaü? Yo tassāyeva taõhāya asesavirāga- nirodho cāgo pañinissaggo mutti anālayo.

“Sā kho panesā, bhikkhave, taõhā kattha pahīyamānā pahīyati, kattha nirujjhamānānirujjhati? Yaü loke piyarūpaü sātarūpaü, etthesā taõhā pahīyamānā pahīyati, ettha nirujjhamānā nirujjhati.

“Kiñca loke piyarūpaü sātarūpaü? Cakkhu loke piyarūpaü sātarūpaü, etthesā taõhāpahīyamānā pahīyati, ettha nirujjhamānā nirujjhati. Sotaü loke ... pe ... ghānaü loke ... jivhā loke ... kāyo loke ... mano loke piyarūpaü sātarūpaü, etthesā taõhāpahīyamānā pahīyati, ettha nirujjhamānā nirujjhati.
