那個時候,佛陀住在Sāvatthī沙瓦提城的jetavane anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme揭德林給孤獨園。

當時有兩位分別叫做assaji阿沙吉比庫跟punabbasukā布那巴蘇嘎比庫的無恥惡比庫,就住在kīāgiri奇達山。這裡所講到的兩位惡比庫阿沙吉assaji比庫跟布那巴蘇嘎punabbasukā比庫,他們是六眾比庫的首領。

講到六眾比庫Chabbaggiyā bhikkhū,他們有六個頭頭,巴利語叫做Chabbaggiyā bhikkhū洽巴笈亞比庫。這六個人原來是六個朋友,他們都生活在高沙喇Kosala國的沙瓦提Sāvatthī城,有一次他們聚在一起討論說:「如果我們過著在家人生活的話,我們必須得要去勞動、要去做工。如果我們像沙門果德瑪一樣出家的話就不需要做工了,就會有人供養衣食無缺了!」

他們就了逃避社會的責任,就來到當時最大的沙門僧團出家,於是他們就請沙利子尊者Sāriputta和馬哈摩嘎藍那尊者Mahā Moggallāna成他們的戒師後就出家了。剛出家的時候他們還算守本份的,用了五年的時間很認真的學習了戒律,當他們通達了二部的本母。學到一個段落,於是他們又聚在一起商量說:「在沙瓦提Sāvatth城這個地方有時候很富有,有時候會鬧飢荒,倒不如我們分為三個地方吧!」

 

Paṇḍuka邦杜格比庫跟Lohitaka洛希塔格比庫這兩人就說要留在沙瓦提Sāvatth城,他們說:「這一座沙瓦提Sāvatth城是高沙喇Kosala國的首都,它有Kosala高沙拉國和Kasi咖西國兩邊的收入,我們就以這個範圍做我們的勢力範圍。我們就在這裡建了寺院、建了孤邸,種了波羅蜜等等的果樹,種了珍貴的花卉來吸引在家人們,然後我們就可以擴大我們的勢力和信徒。」

然後就跟mettiya梅帝亞比庫和bhūmajakā布馬迦格比庫說:「你們兩人就到王舍城去拓展你們的勢力範圍!那邊有 Magadha馬嘎塔國跟Anga盎嘎國兩個國家的經濟收入,也是一個很富裕的地方,你們就在那邊建了寺院、建了孤邸,種了波羅蜜等等的果樹,種了珍貴的花卉來吸引在家人們,然後你們就可以擴大你們的勢力和信徒。」

 

然後又對assaji阿沙吉比庫跟punabbasukā布那巴蘇嘎比庫說:「你們到kīāgiri奇達山(巴利語Kitāgiri又叫雞吒山,意思翻譯為黑山,為中印度Kasi咖西國之聚落名。)那裡去!那邊也是一個很富裕的地方,你們就在那邊建了寺院、建了孤邸,種了波羅蜜等等的果樹,種了珍貴的花卉來吸引在家人們,然後你們就可以擴大你們的勢力和信徒。」這六個人就分別到了各自的地方去拓展,也成了一區的長老比庫,收了很多的徒弟,他們的徒弟也就經常違反各式各樣的戒律。

 

不過在這六眾比庫當中,邦杜格Paṇḍuka比庫跟洛希塔格Lohitaka比庫這兩位比庫和他們的徒弟們,至少還是小心持戒者;雖然他們常會違反到不好的行為,一旦佛陀禁止並制定了學處他們就從此不再去違反。但是梅帝亞mettiya比庫、布馬迦格bhūmajakā比庫、阿沙吉assaji比庫跟布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā比庫這四個人呢,和他們的徒弟就屬於是無恥的惡比庫,即使是佛陀已經禁止了,他們還是不斷的違反一而再再而三的違反,或者說佛陀禁止的,他們從別的角度去違反。因此在《律藏》裡面就講到了『alajjino pāpabhikkhū』alajjino就是沒有羞恥的,不知羞恥的,pāpabhikkhū是很邪惡的、很壞的、惡劣的比庫。那在這一條學處就講到了阿沙吉assaji比庫和布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā比庫這兩個為首的比庫:

 

他們在奇達山那邊就經常做各種非律、非法的不正當行為,哪些行為呢?《律藏》記載:『ekatovaṇṭikamāla karontipi kārāpentipi,ubhatovaṇṭikamāla karontipi kārāpentipi,mañjarika karontipi kārāpentipi,vidhūtika karontipi kārāpentipi,vaasaka karontipi kārāpentipi,āvea karontipi kārāpentipi,uracchada karontipi kārāpentipi.他們種植、也命令種植小花樹;澆水、也命令澆水;採收、也命令採收;編織、也命令編織;紮、也命令紮一邊枝的花鬘;紮、也命令紮兩邊枝的花鬘;做、也命令做花環;做、也命令做頭飾;做、也命令做耳飾;做、也命令做胸飾;......』

那麼他們做這些來幹甚麼呢?《律藏》記載:『harantipi harāpentipi,ubhatovaṇṭikamāla harantipi harāpentipi,mañjarika harantipi harāpentipi,vidhūtika harantipi harāpentipi,vaasaka harantipi harāpentipi,āvea harantipi harāpentipi,uracchada harantipi harāpentipi.贈送、也命令贈送一邊枝的花鬘給良家婦女、給良家閨女、給良家少女、給良家新娘、給良家婢女;送、也命令贈送兩邊枝的花鬘;贈送、也命令贈送花枝鬘;贈送、也命令贈送花環;贈送、也命令贈送頭飾;贈送、也命令贈送耳飾;送、也命令贈送胸飾;......』就贈送這些給良家婦女、良家閨女、良家少女、良家新娘、良家婢女,就用這些去攀緣、去巴結在家人。

 

接著,《律藏》記載:『Te kulitthīhi kuladhītāhi kulakumārīhi kulasuhāhi kuladāsīhi saddhi ekabhājanepi bhuñjanti,ekathālakepi pivanti,ekāsanepi nisīdanti,ekamañcepi tuvaṭṭenti,ekattharaāpi tuvaṭṭenti,ekapāvuraāpi tuvaṭṭenti,ekattharaapāvuraāpi tuvaṭṭenti,他們與良家閨女、良家少女、良家新娘、良家婢女用同一容器吃,用同一杯喝水,坐同一座位,共享一床,共享一坐具,共享一外衣,共享一敷具套。』 

《律藏》還記載著:『vikālepi bhuñjanti,majjampi pivanti,mālāgandhavilepanampi dhārenti,naccantipi gāyantipi vādentipi lāsentipi,naccantiyāpi naccanti,naccantiyāpi gāyanti,naccantiyāpi vādenti,naccantiyāpi lāsenti,gāyantiyāpi naccanti,gāyantiyāpi gāyanti,gāyantiyāpi vādenti,gāyantiyāpi lāsenti,vādentiyāpi naccanti,vādentiyāpi gāyanti,vādentiyāpi vādenti,vādentiyāpi lāsenti,lāsentiyāpi naccanti,lāsentiyāpi gāyanti,lāsentiyāpi vādenti,lāsentiyāpi lāsenti. Aṭṭhapadepi kīanti,dasapadepi kīanti,ākāsepi kīanti,parihārapathepi kīanti,santikāyapi kīanti,khalikāyapi kīanti,ghaikāyapi kīanti,salākahatthenapi kīanti,akkhenapi kīanti,pagacīrenapi kīanti,vakakenapi kīanti,mokkhacikāyapi kīanti,cigulakenapi kīanti,pattāhakenapi kīanti,rathakenapi kīanti,dhanukenapi kīanti,akkharikāyapi kīanti,manesikāyapi kīanti,yathāvajjenapi kīanti.於非時吃、喝酒、戴手珠、使用花鬘、芳香、塗香;跳舞、唱歌、奏樂、嬉戲;隨舞女跳舞而跳舞,隨跳舞而唱歌;隨唱歌而奏樂,隨唱歌而跳舞,隨唱歌而唱歌,隨唱歌而奏樂,隨唱歌而嬉戲;隨奏樂而跳舞,隨奏樂而唱歌,隨奏樂而奏樂,隨奏樂而嬉戲;隨嬉戲而跳舞,隨嬉戲而唱歌,隨嬉戲而奏樂,隨嬉戲而嬉戲......』他們這些比庫也像在家人一樣打扮、娛樂,這些比庫跟在家人一起跳舞、唱歌、奏樂、敲鑼打鼓。

他們還玩賭博,玩各種各樣的遊戲,根據《律藏》記載:『Aṭṭhapadepi kīanti,dasapadepi kīanti,ākāsepi kīanti,parihārapathepi kīanti,santikāyapi kīanti,khalikāyapi kīanti,ghaikāyapi kīanti,salākahatthenapi kīanti,akkhenapi kīanti,pagacīrenapi kīanti,vakakenapi kīanti,mokkhacikāyapi kīanti,cigulakenapi kīanti,pattāhakenapi kīanti,rathakenapi kīanti,dhanukenapi kīanti,akkharikāyapi kīanti,manesikāyapi kīanti,yathāvajjenapi kīanti.玩八格(雙方都在八個格的木板上進行的遊戲) 、玩十格、玩空戲、玩踩線(踩線者為輸)、玩取石(石堆取石掉落者為輸)、玩骰子、玩擊棍、玩印手、玩球、玩葉笛、玩鋤、玩翻跟斗、玩風車、玩葉斗、玩車、玩弓、玩猜字、玩猜心、玩模仿殘廢者。Hatthismimpi sikkhanti,assasmimpi sikkhanti,rathasmimpi sikkhanti,dhanusmimpi sikkhanti,tharusmimpi sikkhanti, hatthissapi purato dhāvanti,assassapi purato dhāvanti,rathassapi purato [purato dhāvanti (syā.)] dhāvantipi ādhāvantipi,usseentipi,apphoentipi,nibbujjhantipi,muṭṭhīhipi yujjhanti,ragamajjhepi saghāi pattharitvā naccaki [naccanti (sī. syā.)] eva vadantiidha,bhagini,naccassūti,nalāikampi denti,vividhampi anācāra ācaranti.學象術、學馬術、學車術、學弓術、學劍術;在大象面前跑、在馬面前跑、在車面前跑;跑去、跑回、吹口哨、拍手、搏鬥、拳鬥;在舞臺上鋪開桑咖帝(袈裟)對舞女們說:「idha,bhagini,naccassūti,阿妹,在這裡跳舞吧!」並喝采。』他們這些出家人就這樣做各種惡行。 

 

後來,有一位比庫從咖西Kasi國那個地方過完雨安居,他為了要拜見跋格瓦而經過了奇達山Kitāgiri。

在那一天早上,這位比庫就穿了下衣拿了外衣和缽,為了托缽而進入了奇達山Kitāgiri。他托缽的時候很有威儀,眼睛只是注視著地面,保持正念。住在當地的人們見了這位比庫就好奇的討論說:「“kvāya abalabalo viya mandamando viya bhākuikabhākuiko viya? Ko imassa upagatassa piṇḍaka dassati? Amhāka pana ayyā assajipunabbasukā sahā sakhilā sukhasambhāsā mihitapubbagamā ehisvāgatavādino abbhākuikā uttānamukhā pubbabhāsino. Tesa kho nāma piṇḍo dātabbo”咦?這位是誰啊?看他走路慢慢的好像很虛弱又好像很愚蠢的樣子,眼睛都不會看旁邊一下,表情嚴肅......怎麼跟山上的聖尊們差這麼多?誰會佈施給他呢?你看我們山上那些聖尊們,阿沙吉assaji比庫跟布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā比庫他們和藹可親,言談悅人又風趣,他們還會跟我們在家人打招呼咧!要像這樣的出家人,我們才會供養給他們食物。」於是,這位比庫走了一段路居然托不到缽。

結果當時就有一位居士,就來到這位比庫面前頂禮問他說:「“api,bhante,piṇḍo labbhatī”尊者,您的缽有托到食物嗎?」

「“Na kho,āvuso,piṇḍo labbhatī”沒有,賢友。缽裡沒有任何食物!」

這位居士就說:「“Ehi,bhante,ghara gamissāmā”那麼,尊者。請到我家裡吧!」於是這位男居士就把比庫帶到了家裡,供養了食物之後就問比庫說:「“kaha,bhante,ayyo gamissatī”尊者啊!您要到哪裡去?」

「“Sāvatthi kho ahaāvuso,gamissāmi bhagavanta dassanāyā”賢友,我要去見跋格瓦而前往沙瓦提城Sāvatth中。」

這位居士就說:「“Tena hi,bhante,mama vacanena bhagavato pāde sirasā vanda,evañca vadehi–‘duṭṭho,bhante,kīāgirismi āvāso. Assajipunabbasukā nāma kīāgirismi āvāsikā alajjino pāpabhikkhū. Te evarūpa anācāra ācaranti mālāvaccha ropentipi ropāpentipi,siñcantipi siñcāpentipipe vividhampi anācāra ācaranti. Yepi te,bhante,manussā pubbe saddhā ahesu pasannā tepi etarahi assaddhā appasannā. Yānipi tāni saghassa pubbe dānapathāni tānipi etarahi upacchinnāni. Riñcanti pesalā bhikkhū,nivasanti pāpabhikkhū. Sādhu,bhante,bhagavā kīāgiri bhikkhū pahieyya yathāya kīāgirismi āvāso saṇṭhaheyyā”那麼尊者,請您帶我去頂禮跋格瓦,頂禮跋格瓦之足,我想請示跋格瓦說:『奇達山Kitāgiri這個地方已經被污染了!奇達山Kitāgiri這個地方居住的是阿沙吉assaji跟布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā這兩個無恥的惡比庫!他們做了這樣的行:他們種植、也命令種植小花樹;澆水、也命令澆水;採收、也命令採收;編織、也命令編織;紮、也命令紮一邊枝的花鬘;紮、也命令紮兩邊枝的花鬘;做、也命令做花環;做、也命令做頭飾;做、也命令做耳飾;做、也命令做胸飾;......他們正在做這些惡行!』尊者啊!在這裡,以前的人他們有清淨的信心,但是現在他們的信心都受到污染了;以前還有佈施僧眾之道,但是現在已經全部中斷了。那些善行的比庫都已經離開了,剩下那些惡比庫還住在這邊。尊者,請跋格瓦派遣僧團到奇達山Kitāgiri來重新整頓這個地方吧!」這位比庫就答應了這位居士就離開了奇達山Kitāgiri,來到了沙瓦提Sāvatth城。

 

到了跋格瓦所居住的揭德林給孤獨園jetavane anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme,就前去頂禮跋格瓦,頂禮跋格瓦之後就坐在一旁。通常諸佛的經常做法,諸佛的習慣就是見到了遠方來的比庫會主動的噓寒問暖:「“kacci,bhikkhu,khamanīya kacci yāpanīya,kaccisi appakilamathena addhāna āgato,kuto ca tva bhikkhu āgacchasī”比庫,生活是否安忍?旅途中是否疲勞?從哪裡來?......」佛陀也是這樣問候這位比庫。

這位比庫回答說:「“Khamanīya,bhagavā,yāpanīya,bhagavā. Appakilamathena cāha,bhante,addhāna āgato. Idhāha,bhante,kāsīsu vassavuṭṭho sāvatthi āgacchanto bhagavanta dassanāya yena kīāgiri tadavasari. Atha khvāha,bhante,pubbahasamaya nivāsetvā pattacīvaramādāya kīāgiri piṇḍāya pāvisi. Addasā kho ma,bhante,aññataro upāsako kīāgirismi piṇḍāya caranta. Disvāna yenāha tenupasakami; upasakamitvā ma abhivādetvā etadavoca–‘api,bhante,piṇḍo labbhatī’ti? Na kho,āvuso,piṇḍo labbhatī’ti. Ehi,bhante,ghara gamissāmā’ti. Atha kho,bhante,so upāsako ma ghara netvā bhojetvā etadavoca–‘kaha,bhante,ayyo gamissasī’ti? Sāvatthi kho ahaāvuso,gamissāmi bhagavanta dassanāyā’ti. Tena hi,bhante,mama vacanena bhagavato pāde sirasā vanda,evañca vadehi–‘duṭṭho, bhante,kīāgirismi āvāso,assajipunabbasukā nāma kīāgirismi āvāsikā alajjino pāpabhikkhū. Te evarūpa anācāra ācaranti mālāvaccha ropentipi ropāpentipi,siñcantipi siñcāpentipipe vividhampi anācāra ācaranti. Yepi te,bhante,manussā pubbe saddhā ahesu pasannā tepi etarahi assaddhā appasannā,yānipi tāni saghassa pubbe dānapathāni tānipi etarahi upacchinnāni,riñcanti pesalā bhikkhū nivasanti pāpabhikkhū. Sādhu,bhante,bhagavā kīāgiri bhikkhū pahieyya yathāya kīāgirismi āvāso saṇṭhaheyyā’ti. Tato aha,bhagavāāgacchāmī”尊者,我能安忍,生活也順暢,長途前來也不疲勞。我在咖西Kasi國過完雨安居,在前來的沙瓦提Sāvatth城路上,經過了奇達山Kitāgiri那個地方。在那裡,我穿好下衣拿了上衣和缽準備乞食,竟然托不到缽。然後,我就見到了一位居士,那位居士就告訴我在那裡發生的事情......尊者,請跋格瓦派遣僧團到奇達山Kitāgiri來重新整頓這個地方吧!」 

這位比庫就把詳情報告了跋格瓦,跋格瓦聽了之後就召集全沙瓦提Sāvatth城和附近的所有比庫僧團就當眾問說:「“sacca kir,bhikkhave,assajipunabbasukā nāma kīāgirismi āvāsikā alajjino pāpabhikkhū te evarūpa anācāra ācaranti mālāvaccha ropentipi ropāpentipi,siñcantipi siñcāpentipi pe vividhampi anācāra ācaranti,yepi te,bhikkhave,manussā pubbe saddhā ahesu pasannā tepi etarahi assaddhā appasannā; yānipi tāni saghassa pubbe dānapathāni tānipi etarahi upacchinnāni; riñcanti pesalā bhikkhū nivasanti pāpabhikkhū”諸比庫,是不是在奇達山Kitāgiri有比庫叫做阿沙吉assaji和布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā這兩位無恥的惡比庫呢?他們是不是種植、也命令種植小花樹;澆水、也命令澆水;......」

然後說完之後,知情的比庫都回答說:「“Sacca,bhagavā”是的,跋格瓦。」

於是佛陀就喝斥說:「“kathañhi nāma te,bhikkhave, moghapurisā evarūpa anācāra ācarissanti mālāvaccha ropessantipi ropāpessantipi,sañcissantipi siñcāpessantipi,ocinissantipi ocināpessantipi,......”諸比庫,甚麼他們那些愚痴的人是那麼樣在如來教法當中行惡行呢?他們種植、也命令種植小花樹;澆水、也命令澆水;......」

喝斥完了,跋格瓦就對沙利子Sāriputta長老比庫和馬哈摩嘎藍那Mahā Moggallāna長老比庫吩咐說:「“gacchatha tumhesāriputtā,kīāgiri gantvā assajipunabbasukāna bhikkhūna kīāgirismā pabbājanīyakamma karotha. Tumhāka ete saddhivihārikā”沙利子Sāriputta,你們前往奇達山Kitāgiri,去阿沙吉assaji比庫和布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā比庫的地方舉行驅逐這兩位惡比庫的甘馬kamma!因這兩人是你們的弟子。」

 

pabbājanīyakamma就是把惡比庫趕出僧團的甘馬kamma。雖然阿沙吉assaji和布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā是沙利子Sāriputta長老比庫的弟子,但是沙利子Sāriputta長老比庫也不敢去得罪他們就說:「“Katha maya,bhante,assajipunabbasukāna bhikkhūna kīāgirismā pabbājanīyakamma karoma? Caṇḍā te bhikkhū pharusā”跋格瓦,我怎麼可能去對阿沙吉assaji比庫跟布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā比庫舉行驅逐出僧團的甘馬kamma呢?他們這些比庫都是很兇、很暴力的!」

佛陀就對沙利子Sāriputta長老比庫說:「“Tena hi tumhe,sāriputtā,bahukehi bhikkhūhi saddhi gacchathā”那就這樣,沙利子Sāriputta你就和比庫僧團們一起去。」佛陀就教導沙利子Sāriputta長老比庫怎麼樣驅趕這些惡比庫離開奇達山Kitāgiri:「“Evañca pana,bhikkhave,kātabba. Pahama assajipunabbasukā bhikkhū codetabbā. Codetvā sāretabbā. Sāretvā āpatti ropetabbā . Āpatti ropetvā byattena bhikkhunā paibalena sagho ñāpetabbo你們就照著這樣做,到了之後就喝斥阿沙吉assaji比庫跟布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā比庫。喝斥了之後就讓他們去思考是不是真的做了這些事情?如果他們承認了這些罪行就派一位賢能的比庫在在場僧團當中宣讀驅逐甘馬文:『”Suātu me,bhante,sagho. Ime assajipunabbasukā bhikkhū kuladūsakā pāpasamācārā. Imesa pāpakā samācārā dissanti ceva suyyanti ca......』」

 

於是,沙利子Sāriputta長老比庫和馬哈摩嘎藍那Mahā Moggallāna長老比庫就帶著僧團來到了奇達山Kitāgiri。到了奇達山Kitāgiri就按照佛陀所教的方法,命令把奇達山Kitāgiri的惡比庫們趕走。但是當僧團已經宣讀完了甘馬文之後這些惡比庫們反而翻臉,不正當地去執行僧團決議,不順從、不接受、不服從、不贖罪而且也不去請求僧團原諒寬恕,反而責罵、毀謗這些聖弟子僧團是隨意行為、隨瞋、隨痴、隨怖畏的惡行者,然後他們有的人就離開有的人就還俗,不聽從僧團的指令。

僧團裡的一些少慾知足比庫就批評、責備這些惡比庫說:「為甚麼阿沙吉assaji比庫和布那巴蘇嘎bhūmajakā比庫有了僧團做出的驅逐甘馬kamma,他們還不正當的去執行?不順從、不接受、不服從、不贖罪,而且也不去請求僧團原諒寬恕呢?他們不僅這樣,反而還毀謗跟辱罵僧團長老比庫們呢?」然後他們在回到揭德林給孤獨園jetavane anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme之後,就把這件事情告訴跋格瓦。 

跋格瓦就因這個因緣就制訂了這一條學處:「“Bhikkhu paneva aññatara gāma vā nigama vā upanissāya viharati kuladūsako pāpasamācāro. Tassa kho pāpakā samācārā dissanti ceva suyyanti ca,kulāni ca tena duṭṭhāni dissanti ceva suyyanti ca. So bhikkhu bhikkhūhi evamassa vacanīyoāyasmā kho kuladūsako pāpasamācāro,āyasmato kho pāpakā samācārā dissanti ceva suyyanti ca,kulāni cāyasmatā duṭṭhāni dissanti ceva suyyanti ca. Pakkamatāyasmā imamhā āvāsā. Ala te idha vāsenā’ti. Evañca so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi vuccamāno te bhikkhū eva vadeyya–‘chandagāmino ca bhikkhū dosagāmino ca bhikkhū mohagāmino ca bhikkhū bhayagāmino ca bhikkhū tādisikāya āpattiyā ekacca pabbājenti ekacca na pabbājentī’ti,so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi evamassa vacanīyo– ‘māyasmā eva avaca. Na ca bhikkhū chandagāmino. Na ca bhikkhū dosagāmino. Na ca bhikkhū mohagāmino. Na ca bhikkhū bhayagāmino. Āyasmā kho kuladūsako pāpasamācāro. Āyasmato kho pāpakā samācārā dissanti ceva suyyanti ca. Kulāni cāyasmatā duṭṭhāni dissanti ceva suyyanti ca. Pakkamatāyasmā imamhā āvāsā. Ala te idha vāsenā’ti. Evañca so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi vuccamāno tatheva paggaheyya,so bhikkhu bhikkhūhi yāvatatiya samanubhāsitabbo tassa painissaggāya. Yāvatatiyañce samanubhāsīyamāno ta painissajjeyya, icceta kusala; no ce painissajjeyya,saghādiseso”若有比庫依靠某一村或鎮而住,是污染家戶者,護護者。他的惡行為被看見且被聽聞以及被他所污染的諸家戶被看見且被聽聞。比庫們應如此勸告那個比庫:『具壽比庫實是污染家戶者,惡行為者。具壽比庫的惡行為被看見且被聽聞以及被具壽比庫所污染的諸家戶被看見且被聽聞。請具壽比庫離開此住處,你在這裡已住夠了!』當比庫們如此勸告那個比庫時,卻如此對那些比庫說:『比庫們是隨慾望者,比庫們是隨瞋者,比庫們是隨癡者,比庫們是隨怖者。對同樣的罪,驅出一些人,不驅出一些人。』

比庫們應如此勸告那個比庫:『請具壽比庫不要如此說。比庫們不是隨慾者,比庫們不是隨瞋者,比庫們不是隨癡者,比庫惡行被看見且被聽聞以及被具壽比庫所污染的諸家戶被看見且被聽聞。請具壽比庫離開此住處,你在這裡已住夠了!』當比庫們如此勸告那個比庫時,若他仍然堅持,比庫們應乃至第三次規勸那個比庫使他放棄。假如在乃至第三次規勸時放棄了,這實在很好。假如不放棄,桑喀地謝沙Saghādisesakaṇḍa。」
